Speaker: Scott C. Anderson, Senior Risk Managment Consultant at Ross & Yerger Insurance. Scott has 17 years experience directly in the Work Comp Industry.

Summary: What do Safety Pros need to know to be effective when dealing with Work Comp?

We will delve into industry terms and acronyns. (Lots of acronyms!)
How your premiums are determined by your carrier. E-MOD’s, Class Codes, Etc.
How claims are managed by adjusters.
Disputing claims, settlements, resolving disputes, etc.

No formal speaker this month. We submitted our year end chapter report to National last month and will be reviewing the results of the 24-25 fiscal year. We will review chapter bylaws, ASSP Code of Conduct, Student Scholarship Program, and other chapter business.
